For bait fishing, they can be used with soft baits like crab and mussel as well as fish baits. This is a straight hook with no offset and features a straight, needle point that has a micro barb. The micro bard allows the hook to still retain a strong hook hold while making it easier to unhook smaller, delicate species. A bent eye allows the hook to be attached either with a conventional knot or a Snell/Knotless knot.
