The SIMMS G4 Pro Wading Boots with Vibram or Felt Soles are the highest-performing wading boots ever built! Simms has perfected the combination of durability and agility, with innovation built from the ground up with anglers in mind, allowing you to depend on the G4 Pro Boots to provide season-after-season comfortability! The construction starts with a highly abrasion-resistant leather upper backed by a waterproof synthetic mesh, providing excellent durability and abrasion resistance on the sides of the boot. A TPU heel counter also provides comfort and ankle support.
The upper’s low-profile lacing system and speed hooks are designed with non-corrosive components, minimizing line catch and comfortably locking your foot into place. The G4 Pro has an ergonomic fit, with a roomy toe box, form-fitted heel pocket, and closed-cell molded foam throughout. The neoprene foams prevent the boot from absorbing moisture, keeping it light and keeping you fishing longer!
Where the G4 Pro Boot design takes leaps and bounds over any competition is in the midsole and outsole design. A dual-density EVA midsole provides excellent cushioning underfoot, and a high perimeter density gives you unmatched water stability. Underneath, you’ll find a unique outsole design! The Vibram outsole features threaded, non-corrosive receptacles for easy insertion and removal of cleats. The felt outsole features a synthetic felt construction that will give you great confidence and traction on slippery moss surfaces. In addition, rubber pods protrude through the felt to provide you with great anchor points for cleats.

Please note that to allow proper room for a neoprene stockingfoot on waders, find your regular shoe size in the right-hand columns and order the corresponding SIMMS Wading Boot Size in the first column. If you are a half-size, we recommend sizing up to the next full-size. Women should size down one size from their standard shoe size.
