Extremely lightweight by all standards. 13 #8/9 rod weighs only 182gr! Actions are based off the curves in the 4-piece models, but the feel in the rods will differ slightly from those, given the fact that they have more ferrules. New slightly improved shape on DH grips in higher line weights.

We have worked hard and into the details to do whatever is possible to make these rods the best choice for those anglers who care about the environment.The new rod blank development process eliminates any unnecessary material in each section. It also gives us the possibility to monitor power in every part of the blank much more accurately than before. These rods are extremely light and responsive, and yet the strongest standard rods we have created.

In general the rods have a sensitive and protective tip that is very stable and crisp, with a smooth progressive curve further down the blank with a powerful butt section. The action is easy to cast, forgiving and produce accurate casts at high line speed. The rods have great line feel and you will easily connect to the rod to all types of casts. Summed up these are top modern rods with light feel and an action that suits anglers at all levels.

The right choice for smaller rivers and also for younger anglers who want a rod that is easy to manage, yet powerful enough to handle both larger fish and flies, as well as various types of lines and casts.When using this rod with Scandi/Spey style casts and technique, we recommend using the following lines: 3D Compact 30 grams #7/8 Shooting Heads. These are available in seven models from Float to S2/5/7. 4D Compact Multi Tip (Bodies and Tips). The best combination is Floating (or F/S3) 22 grams Body with 12/7gr Tips (Available from Float to S5/7). For Skagit Style casts, the following set-up will work well: 4D Compact 25 grams/385 grains Body + 10 or 12/7 grams/108 grains Tips. (Available from Float to S5/7).

One of the most sold rod lengths and line weights for salmon- and sea troutfishing in our Guideline range. Historically the best and most popular all-round model if you want one rod to cover most of your fishing. Medium fast action with a nice and quick recovery speed in the blank makes casting and fishing effortless and easy. We recommend the following line set-ups for this rod: 3D Compact 37 grams #9/10 Shooting Heads. These are available in seven models from Float to S2/5/7. Our original and longer 3D+ Heads in #9/10 also work great on this rod. 4D Compact Multi Tip (Bodies and Tips). The best combination is Floating (or F/S3) 29 grams Body with 12/9gr Tips (Available from Float to S5/7). You can also choose the original 4D Body in 26- or 29 grams together with 4D 15/9gr tips for a longer rig that will cast nice and controlled as well. For Skagit Style casts, the following set-up will work well: 4D 32 (or even a 35) grams/ 493grains Body + 12 or 15/9grams/139 grains Tips. (Available from Float to S5/7).

This is the rod for medium to larger rivers, lines of all kinds and flies of all sizes for big fish. Manages both Scandi- and Skagit style casts with ease. If you want to rig the rod for Scandi/Spey style casts and technique, we recommend using the following lines: 3D+ 44 grams #10/11Shooting Heads. These are available in seven models from Float to S3/5/8. 4D Multi Tip (Bodies and Tips). The best combination is Floating- F/S2- I/S3 or the new S3/5 32 grams Body with 15/11gr/170 grains or 18/12gr/185 grains Tips. (Available from Float to S5/7). For Skagit Style casts, the following set-up will work well: 4D Multi Tip Bodies and Tips in Floating- F/S2- I/S3 or the new S3/5 Body in 35- or 39 grams/ 540-600grains with 15/11gr/170 grains or 18/12gr/185 grains Tips. THE MORE ECO FRIENDLY DETAILS

• No more grinding or buffing of blanks. Surface has new matte coating with asoft spiral patternby using a specially treated recycablePP Shrink Tape.
• 3A cork gripswithout rubber cork reinforcements. This reduces the levels of epoxy-resins needed in the grips.
• Metal parts of reel seats are clear anodized which is the least toxic process possible when using aluminium reel seats. We use no chrome (lead) or paint in the anodizing bath.
• For the coatings on blank, guides and the mounting glue for grips and reel seat, weuse a bio based low-toxic Epoxy, tested and approved with extremely low levels of regulated chemicals. This also adds to a better workingatmosphere in the assembly phase of production, reducing health hazardous odours to aminimum.
• Rods are mounted with light wire single leg guides and KW style stripper guides. We use a gun smoke powder coat finish on a stainless frame. Best sustainable choice, still hard and with no chrome plating, which contains lead.
• Rod bag and rod tube cover aremade ofrecycled REPREVE polyester.
• The rodtubes are made of recycable Polypropylene (PP), they arelighter and have 20% lower diameters than standard PVC tubes. Thiswill save space and money when rods are transported both from the factory and by the user. Given its durability and the possibility to melt and reform into plastic pellets, PP is both reusable and recyclable for producing new goods.
• All rods are 6-piece.
