The FPV-Power 50Ah Waterproof IP67 Rated Lithium Battery & 10A Wall Charger is perfect for powering your trolling motor on your kayak. Weight and space are limited on a kayak, and FPV-Power knows that and brings their customers the products that they need. FPV-Power uses a Lithium-Ion Polymer Battery pack that is about 1/5th the weight of traditional Lead Acid batteries and comes in a much smaller size! Lithium-ion batteries are known to last longer than standard lead-acid batteries, which comes in handy when powering a trolling motor or other electronics for a day on the water. Since this battery pack is meant to be used on a kayak and it is inevitable to keep it dry, FPV-Power has placed the battery inside a waterproof hard case with an IP67 rating for ultimate protection. This battery pack also has a Battery Management System that automatically cuts power if there is an external short. This system will also protect the battery from overcharging when charging. An Anderson plug and a spare are attached for you to attach to your motor leads. This pack comes with a 10A wall charger.
